Olger and his incredible team turn dreams into reality. My wife and I have been through many other remodels, renovations and additions through the years and were a bit nervous going into another one. From the first meeting, Olger gave us a sense of peace and confidence that lasted throughout the entire project. With his team of skilled tradesmen and his attention to detail, we now have two fully remodeled bathrooms and master bedroom that are modern & gorgeous and he also helped freshen up several other areas of our home and outdoor living area.

Aside from extra items that we added to the project, Olger's initial estimate was detailed and accurate and the work/process throughout the renovation was consistent and timely. There was never a pause or waiting period in the project and the entire process started and finished in just 3 weeks!

Having lived in our current home for nearly 30 years, we went into this renovation thinking we would fix a few things and potentially put it on the market. We now have a complete newfound adoration of our home and plan to stay and enjoy the beauty that Olger and his team at Music City Modern Renovations brought to life. I joked to my wife that I feel like we were just on an episode of "Love it or List it" and we have definitely decided to love it! Highly skilled at repairing water damaged floors! My kitchen floors were damaged by a leaky dishwasher! They came in and rebuilt my floors and bottom cabinet! Replaced the entire floor, repaired the cabinet, and installed the new dishwasher for free! They are professional and prompt and I'm impressed with their work! I was given the name of this company by my friend. I called and they responded promptly. I explained I wanted my current gas fireplace removed and replaced with a linear electric fireplace. Further, I wanted the entire wall to be built out and replaced with stack stone.

Mr Mullalli came to my home and gave me a very fair estimate with included additional electric work. The workmanship was superior. Everything was carefully planned and measured. They completed the project in 3 days. I am very happy and will use them again in the future.

Great job covering an old popcorn ceiling in my kitchen and sanding old knotty pine kitchen cabinets. I'm a DIYer and bit off more than I could chew with the cabinets. They worked me in between bigger jobs at a fair price and it was worth every penny.

I hired Music City Modern Renovations to fix some tile work in my tub surround and the did an AWESOME job. Had the broken tile removed and replaced in one afternoon and came back the next day to grout it. Looks good as new! I wish I had found them like 5 years ago when that tile first cracked, it was absolutely painless to get it fix, they probably saved me $500-$1000 in NOT completely redoing that tub surround. These guys did a great job repairing water-damaged drywall in my basement, installed LVP flooring, baseboards, removed an old sliding glass door, and re-painted all the walls. They showed up early and worked until late to get the job done, cleaned up after themselves and took off all the debris. I highly recommend this team!
